Tmobile Down

This is T-Mobile Wing, T-Mobile’s follow-up of the MDA. The two units are identical, but the Wing has a new slicker form factor, and two-megapixel camera, which is an upgrade from last year’s edition.

Most important, this is one of the first units launched in the U.S. with Windows Mobile 6, which is the professional edition and called Pocket PC. It simply means that T-Mobile Wing has a touch screen.

Like most Windows Mobile phones on tmobile Wing has a ton of buttons. In front you will find a D-pad with center select key, soft keys, Windows and ok keys, as well as send and end keys. On the right side of the camera phone in the usual place, is a pen, jumped quickly to the voice message center and an activation button. On the phone, you will find on / off button, which is also used to light the screen and locked. On the left side of the phone, you’ll find the camera button, which makes it very easy to use as a camera phone. You’ll also find volume controls and the microSD slot is hidden behind a rubber door. At the bottom of the phone you will find a mini-USB connector used for charging, synchronization, and headset port.

Finally, if you press the top of the phone upwards, the keyboard lies beneath. Pleasant feature of this phone is the screen lights as soon as you slide the screen upwards. T-Mobile Wing also has some new lights, too, with blue LED light that comes on when you press the shift key and function keys.
One of the worst things you’ll find while T-Mobile Wing with the slider open is that your fingers will be placed directly on the camera lens, which will unfortunately leave fingerprints on the lens. You’ll also notice that the screen takes a long time to get back. One of the things that T-Mobile Wing has done to make things easier to find, is the home screen full package of different things. They have done this to the point where you can not touch any part of the screen without activating something.
